MacEwan Hall
Have you ever heard of Halsey, Lights, and the Dashboard Confessional? Well, they have all played at MacEwan Pub.
The venue is located at the University of Calgary in the conference and event center. It won’t be hard to find, and music lovers won’t be disappointed.
The best thing about MacEwan Hall is that you may discover someone who is going to make it big. Chances are some of the artists like Halsey and Dashboard Confessional weren’t household names when they first played here.
The Palomino
The music at The Palomino takes place in the basement. The vibe and atmosphere has to be amazing. The music here will mainly cover punk and rock.
On the weekends you will also catch some live music upstairs. The Palomino is located right on the train line, so if you want to have a few cocktails as well, it’s very easy to get to and from where you are going.
